Create unlimited extensions. Each extension can be customized differently - with many options such as personal inbound number (DID), outbound caller ID, privacy settings, spell-by-name directory, voicemail settings, and much more.

Your PBX comes with hundreds of hours of voicemail and four easy ways to retrieve your messages: one-touch from your office phone, dial in remotely from any phone, attached to your email as a .wav file, or listen via our web control panel.
Receive your voicemail as emails. Your PBX has the ability to send each employee an email notifying them of a new voicemail message. Your PBX will also attach the actual voicemail (as a wav.) to the email.
A full-featured operator panel is included with busy-lamping (BLF), parking, hold, transfer, and much more.

PBXLINX come preconfigured with music-on-hold. Easily upload your own music or customized messages or marketing promotions.
Create different messages to callers at different times of the day or maybe a different call menu on weekends or holidays with different options for your callers to choose from.
On the surface PBXLINX is an easy to use enterprise PBX, but under the hood it can do all sorts of cutom things such as database dips, CTI integration, Internet look-ups, test-to-speech, and more.
PBXLINX provides all employees the ability to view which calls are currently parked, tag parked calls with reminder notes, and drag calls between their extensions, their on-hold area, and the parking area.
PBXLINX supports all analog phones and numerous IP phones such as Aastra, Polycom and Snom. It supports MWI (message waiting indicator) on IP phones and stutter tone on analog phones.
Each PBX comes with Blast Groups. A Blast Group takes one inbound call and rings all phones you pick, the first to pick up gets the call.
Users can enable call forwarding to either an internal extension or an external number.
A professional spell-by-name directory. Callers are simply prompted to spell the first three letters of the party's first or last name and then automatically connected to the requested extension.
Easily assign inbound DID numbers to a particular employee.
You can connect PBXLINX to an unlimited number of Voice Over IP providers. Mix and match PSTN with VoIP providers. Route calls across the Internet for free.
PBXLINX allows you a PSTN backup in case of Internet service interruption. PSTN fallback is automatic. You can also run in PSTN-only mode if desired.
Empoyees can travel outside the ofice, or between offices, with an IP phone (or softphone) and keep their same extension number.
